Step 1

Check your balance and top up if needed.
Text TK to 191 (free) to see your current balance. Top up at any convenience store, ATM, or via MoMo / ZaloPay (both support English interfaces).

Step 2

Send the registration SMS to 290.
Open your Messages app → type PLAN_NAME VTX → send to 290.
Example: type SD90 VTX and send to 290. SMS to 290 is typically free for plan registration.

Step 3
